Refund and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on:

• Timing
  
  
• Location
  
  
• Companion availability
  
  

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of companionship coordination:

• Refunds are generally not offered after booking confirmation.
  
  
• If the companion cannot reach the location due to unforeseen circumstances, we provide:
  
  
  • Alternate companion (if available), or
    
    
  • Re-schedule option
    
    

Client Cancellations

If the client cancels after confirmation:

• No refund applies.
  
  
• Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
  
  

Companion Replacement

If a selected profile becomes unavailable:

• A similar verified profile may be offered
  
  
• Or the client may choose to reschedule
  
  

Disputes

Any concerns can be reported to our coordination team immediately for resolution.
